Your personal data that is at our disposal has been collected honestly and legitimately. However, you have rights to this data.

What are your rights?

The right to access and obtain a copy of your personal data

You are entitled to request confirmation that we are processing personal information about you. If this is the case, we can provide you with an electronic copy of your data, on your request.

The right to rectify your personal data

If you can prove that the information we have concerning you is incorrect, you may request that it be updated or otherwise corrected.

The right to be forgotten/to erasure of data

Under certain circumstances, you are entitled to request restricted processing and/or deletion of your personal information. You can make this request at any time. However, this right is subject to compliance with our own legal obligations concerning data retention. If we determine that your request is legally admissible, we will delete your personal data as soon as possible. Please note that once your data has been deleted, we might no longer be able to provide you with our services. If you wish to re-register with the Company, you must provide us with your data again.

The right to object

Provided that the processing of your personal information by the Company is based on their legitimate interest (and on no other basis) or concerns direct marketing operations, you are entitled to object to the processing of your data by the Company according to your specific situation.
